Is there a tool for the craft to cut something in the form of a circle?

I'm trying to cut a circle of craft foam, but I have not had success doing this with regular scissors. Does the article describing there, and how is it called?

I've had good success with products Olfa I use, but have never tried the Circle Cutter from them. Hope this helps.

Create Halloween Crafts from scrap – 2 Exciting Ideas

Halloween is all about having fun with your friends and family. Among the best parts Halloween decorating the house are handmade crafts. And when these crafts are handmade, the more the merrier! Sometimes the space limitations of this bar we enjoy.

Now I'm sure you must all be looking for some free Halloween crafts that are fairly easy for you to follow and can fit in a small space!

Well, internet is a hub of several ideas. Once you have the ideas and tips and tricks, you can use their innovation capacity to make ideas more interesting. Creativity and imagination is the key to your decor as exclusive and attractive and scary as you wish. Here are some ideas to get started:

1. Tissue Ghosts

This is perhaps the writer's favorite. Take a piece of Kleenex. Gather together in such a way that forms a focus at the top and the bottom should be sPlaying out. In almost like a ghost! Now, with a twist tie, rubber band to keep the shape of the bulb. You can also use a garbage bag for it. This becomes the head of the ghost. So I ate as firmly as possible! Now take a black marker to point the eyes, nose and mouth. The Kleenex ghost is ready to scare around. You can do a lot of these and hang around the house. This will impress your friends and family and friends. You would be able to boast of having a professional craft Halloween!

2. The egg carton bats

This idea is very simple. Get some simple things like egg cartons, a pair of scissors (safety scissors if the child is younger), and black paint. Cut 3 cups egg carton and ensure that eggs remain attached. Check that the carton of eggs must be clean. Now the glasses out into two wings of a bat – cut into its front and back. Now paint everything in black. Add good eyes for the actual impact or simply paint the eyes with white paint. Here, the middle becomes the cup face. Now make a hole in the top half cup and pass a string through it. Make a strong knot that will not slip through this hole. Now put the string in this hole. Finally hung bats wherever you want.

Try using a combination of water resistant paint and cardboard Styrofoam egg. Bats are perfect to decorate the trees outside the house.
