Has anyone heard of double Rhune sidder, or runes (spiritual question)?

I have a strange game that an old friend left me when he died. Each Rhune has two parts that are marked, and Rhun are different for each side. The colors are red = right, gold = bad / Left. Any hints on using them Rhune circled? The game was made by his grandfather in the old country. My friend never showed me how to read, or if read differently. I just want to know if anyone else has seen a series like this …?
