How long does Amazon take Free Shipping for video games?

I ordered a game last Thursday outside and use the Amazon free shipping. They ship with USPS and tracking is awful, the shipment status has been the same for the last 3 days. How long does it usually take costs Shipping? The game is being sent from Phoenix, Az and I live in San Francisco, CA and it is just a state away. Thanks!
