Can anyone help me find or at least anyone know the name of this team?

About 3 or four years I have received a reservation of a kit scrap that he had asked out a few commercials. I think it was called the scrapbook final set, but I'm not sure I had everything, tons decorative pages, stickers alpha letter, card punch stock outputs, a protecters scrapbook page and a mini scrapbook with a lot small page for it. I can not rememebr what it's called!

If you bought an infomercial several years ago, may be a direct memory kit. QVC sells one. You can register there and see if it is similar.
