Where might I be able to borrow a Paper Cutter?

OK, so I'm doing my own wedding invitations. I have to cut, and I want to look good. When I can find a paper cutter – revolving, or one of those deals that looks like a guillotine to borrow one for this job? I have only to cut about 50 pieces of paper! I do not want to pay part of my budget for this wedding!

eeks … so, do you know anyone who works in an office or has a business? maybe you can make connections with someone, or even go into Kinko's and ask them to trim your paper for you for free or little cost!
