Sewing Machine
"I can share attachments Singer sewing machines with different brands of sewing machines?

I have a picture of Singer (and grain grinding) and accessories sewing machine I want to get a machine to use for it. Is it okay to get a different brand of the machine and use Singer attachments?

Whether or not you can use an attachment on a different machine depends on the attachment and machine. For example, you can not use a buttonhole for a singer 301 (a slant-shank machine) on a singer 15 (short stem). You'll have to compare the length of the rod and the width of the attachment that candidates need machines. Brand-switching connections pre-1970 machines can be particularly difficult due to lack standardization between and within brands.
