What am I doing wrong with my words and expressions slice card design?

I have a machine slice and words and expressions design card is not working well. The words are coming out more distorted time. I'll do 'word' practice as the "together" and will go well in my waste paper, then I'm going to cut the regular cardboard and is distorted. I lost a whole page of cardboard 12×12 trying to get purple that works. Anyone have any suggestions? I kept trying different things and he finally realized what was happening. If you've used the new cards MS + design and turned the speed increase to 'strong', make sure you turn the speed back to the "slow" when using their cards old design (without the option of the MS + speed boost). Especially those that are more complicated designs. I'll have to remember now that the cards are MS + and no! Thanks to Susan who tried to help – that inspired me to keep trying!

Is there a manual that came with the machine? Do you have a troubleshooting section that can help you?
