Slice Stock

Is this food healthy if you're trying to lose weight?

Usually I sometimes do a bit of chicken (two breast strips or 1), then add some chicken broth the pan with 1 teaspoon of EVOO. and then I add sliced black olives and green, and sliced mushrooms and onions i add all that everything makes 1 cup. Is it healthy? I cut or something? Sorry I use chicken broth out actions that do not .. But idk if theres a difference ..

Chicken is a lean piece of meat and is generally the preferred alternative to red meat, especially if you're trying to lose weight. Olive oil is an option healthier compared to other things, but is high in calories and has some saturated fat, so moderation is a good idea. I think that one tablespoon is the size the recommended dose, so you should be fine with just a teaspoon. I would also use chicken broth that is low in sodium. If you're using things like bouillon cubes, these are loaded with sodium and MSG, which is very bad. In that case, switch to a boxed version of chicken broth low sodium. Olives are good for monounsaturated fat and antioxidants. Mushrooms contain potassium, riboflavin, niacin and selenium (selenium may help fight cancer causing free radicals). Onions also have numerous health benefits. In general, I'd say you're in pretty good shape.
